1:headswap

2:run PC3000UDMA

3:uitility detect the model、sn、FW、CAP

4:check all module is OK,but very slow

5:run DE image it (make the headmap very slow,image very slow)

How to solve is THANKS VERY MUCH

How slow? Does it go BSY for a while, then copy some sectors, then go BSY again?

yes,then copy some sectors, then go BSY again

but ,copy some sectors is about Thousands sectors!
