The SMART data shows that the drive has major problems with unreadable sectors - which is also confirmed by the failure (during reading) of the SMART self-test.
From that data, it's not possible to say whether the problem is a fault inside the drive, or whether the cause is something external e.g. power instability when the data was being written.
