Problem with Seagate momentus (capacity)

Hi to all, I have a problem with a Seagate Momentus 5400.6 ST9500325AS.

It spins up with no strange noise, and it becomes ready in PC3000. It shows model, serial, FW but no capacity.

If I try hdd resources backup there are no modules to read

Any solution with PC3000 UDMA?
