I have my external drive seagate freeplay 1tb ST1000LM010 that not detect on my computer but i heard a spin and have led flashing. i go to disk management there not detect my drive. I also change my my cable still not detect even i use sata cable still not detect. i also uninstall the USB from device management and restart my PC and the result is still the same. is it posible my board is corrupted?

Please help i have important data at my drive...

Yes, It keeps spinning. the noise is like crik crik at the beginning but after 3 seconds it spinning normally because before it not detect the noise like crik crik at the beginning also. even i connect using different USB cable and use direct to SATA Drive not detect also. How to see the terminal log?

High chance "the shop" are not data recovery specialists or are not good enough. Or simply, information has been lost in translation as far as drive behavior and so on.

They don't have any media for it. i already buy the new USB adapter that working on my other hard drive but after i insert into my Seagate Freeplay still doesn't detect but the hard drive is Spinning, i just want to find the board with same model just want to try if the hard drive working or not but in my country hard to find this board model.

I already ask from ebay if want to buy the board, they ask to send the faulty board to transfer the PCB chip to another board. I do not know if it works or not after doing the board PCB transfer because my hard drive is spinning.

IMHO you wasting your time and money
if the drive is spinning and it's the original PCB, replacing the PCB is a waste of money
