Alright finally made an account because im a frustrated to hell and willing to donate 20$ to someone's paypal account that can help me unlock this WD7500BPKT hard drive THAT I DIDNT EVEN LOCK MYSELF you wanna know what happen'd? in the bios i was setting up a bios password but NOT my HD now the best part is upon starting my computer I am greeted with a "enter password" prompt which is for the bios which is fine i know it but then after it lists to drives one sata 0 and is my ssd which was locked I just installed that from a friend to so I don't know how it was locked and under it was my WD drive in stata 1 slot that even said UNLOCKED to the right i tried to guess the password on the ssd and guess what it locked me out and I couldn't do anything i had to restart and then
MY WD DRIVE WAS LOCKED BY ITSELF now of course I don't have the password for it now I have two drives locked the ssd i can secure erase but the WD HDD i need and REALLY don't want to wipe now I have read the unlocking ata password thread but have failed to use the software discussed properly I know this is a noob talking but could someone PM or reply on how to recover the password step by step?
I have 3 bootable discs right now
mhdd 4.5
mhdd4.6
hirensboot
magicbootdisk 2.0
I tried all of them and it just says "disk is not ready" I can't use the orginal labtop as every time i get password the bios password it asks for the hard disk password so I have to use another labtop with a bootable disk and plug it into the sata port where that labtops original drive would be
I don't know how to "zu" but heard it was the easiest when I downloaded it was just a rar file and I don't know what to do with it
and when I booted with mhdd 4.5 and 4.6 both times it would tell me the disk is not ready when I would try to initialize it hirens boot has a command that would even remove the password I was so close but the error message was always there even on that cd "hard drive is not ready"
I would try and enter the master passwords I have found online for WD drives but the hard disk security pop up ONLY allows a total of a 8-digits so I don't get how some people have gotten that to work?
How do i use ZU? do i boot into dos and use the exe? that's what i tried to do but it gave me the drive is not ready thing

Greetings !
I can clear out the ATA password of your drive, but you will have to ship it to me.
I charge $50 USD for the service + Shipping costs.
I'm based on Portugal.
There is a big possibility that SA access is locked as well because of the presence of the ATA password, and if so it will not be an easy diy task.
Pm me if interested. Data will NOT be erased.
