Hi,
This is not suited for HD with bad sectors. Check out the one from Atola.

Sempre, I've seen you on the ACE forum so I assume you have DE. Do you not find it works well if configured correctly?
What about DDI - too expensive?

Yes, ACE forum!
I have DE.
I wanted a second option to not be busy with pc3k long hd cloning with many bads blocks

Yeah I know what you mean. Imaging a big drive with bad blocks can take ages and if you're using a PC3K port then you can't use it for working on other drives.
I really want to get a DDI but I can't afford one just yet, maybe sometime later this year.

My impression of DCK is that its an overly expensive imager for good working drives. It seems suited for the IT person who need a mobile imager. Save your $$$ for a DDI.

It seems to me that the Atola imager be a good option...?

Atola imager is the best tool to go for
it has some really nice add ons
not seen in other tools on the market
and you can custom it in the setup
target all data on the drive and it will target all folders
i seen in forums where people having problems with the copyking not that great to much money does not do what it suppose to do
