hello

we have question,

can anybody give advice, how should be transplantated heads on modern WD

we are only sometimes lucky, also with identical drives.

I agree with pcimage.

For most of us, developing successful techniques for WD head swaps came after quite a bit of investment, R&D, research, practice, etc. Even so, there are a lot of DR firms that haven't mastered it.

In other words, this is hard-won, proprietary info, and perhaps you should adjust your expectations. It's not the sort of thing that is going to be readily shared, and especially not on a public forum. It's definitely not a D.I.Y. process, and a casual "experimenter" will only ruin his drive and the chances for subsequent recovery.
