Oltre i necessari tool che hai a disposizione, visto il numero di post e richieste, perche' non considerare investire un po' di denaro (che rientrera', oh se rientrera' ...) in FORMAZIONE (= corsi o qualcuno che ti formi), specie se si intende proseguire in questo campo. Non fosse per altro perche' nessuno puo' fare il lavoro al posto tuo e gratis, ne' e' possibile ogni volta a distanza consigliarti, specie con informazioni cosi' generiche (Hitachi... quale ?)
Cio' premesso, "a orecchio" il servo non c'e' , ma potrebbe essere un problema mascherato da altri.
E' caduto, e' stato fatto qualcosa, gia' cambiato qualcosa?

May I give you a sound advice ?
Beside the necessary tools you have at hand, as per your requests and post count, why not invest some cash (that will return for sure) on TRAINING (= courses or in 1-on-1 training) , especially if you want to go on on this field. This because nobody can do the job for you FOR FREE, neither it is possible to do remote diagnose everytime, especially with generic info (Hitachi.... what model ?)
So said, "hearing it" , servo is missing, but can also be a masked problem (caused by other).
Dropped drive, already done / changed something ?

Dropped drive HDT721075SLA380, HSA swapped (with a HDT721075SLA360 donor, worked one month ago for similar recovering).

Problema di compatibilita' o c'e' BEN ALTRO. Fai attenzione...

No wonder....
Compatibility issue ot there are BIG PROBLEMS elsewhere. Be careful...
