Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hello,
I have a ST2000DL003 seagate drive that is stuck in a bsy state.
As far as i can read there is no DIY solution to this problem atm.
So i'm seriously considering sending the drive to a professional data recovery company.
Is there any such company in Belgium (or neighbouring countries) that you can recommend for me to get a quote and ultimately send in for recovery?
I have contacted a firm found through google (aigon, global data recovery alliance, Stellar data recovery, any experience with these?), but thought i'd check here as well.
