Hi there:

My samsung HD103SI were I keep all my photos stop working, first it start showing some bad sectors at the start of the disk, witch I've fixed with testDisk, then it started to showing up new bad sectors every time I connected it.

Finally it just don't start, it spins it makes noises (not clicking ones) preaty sure it's on the heads. The computer don't even see it on the disk list like raw data...

can i try anything else??

seriuosly don't keep powering it up, if the heads have started to fail or fall off it could start scratching Scarping your platters, then its really game over. i had a drive....(totaly unrelated) that had a grinding sound, i show my co workers & told them this is a drive that cannot be recovered .. center of the drive ground off half the platter from the center was scraped , & the top head was totally grounded down.....i asked the tech that brought it to me & said... i left it running over the weekend running some file scanning program & that it was grinding when he returned to it....
