Hey Pros,
Absolutely no signs of life on this one. Doesn't spin up, isn't recognized by BIOS, and couldn't get a serial connection going. No sign of damage on PCB.
Make: Samsung
Model: HM641JI

PM sent.
Seen many of them with same failure, shot dead. Don't ever think to attempt repair or diagnose without proper gear, get it diagnosed for you instead.

I have the same drive (HM641JI) 640 gb 2.5", it spins up normally but it isn't recognized by bios, it makes same clicking noises all the time.
I will be very happy for any help and want to know is it possible to recover the data...

If it makes clicking noises all the time, best thing is not to power it up much more, or some harm can happen to platters.

The reasons in your case are most likely damaged heads, by it's sound, but it could be another issue.
Only a proper diagnosis could tell.
