this HD is not read state. All time is busy, maibe can be a problem firmware, but I dont know how is the procedure. I deed help with this, thanks.

I have a PC 3000 tools Ace lab, this problem can be resolve with this card???

The card alone is useless unless you have the knowledge to use it.
It would be too difficult and time consuming trying to explain all the correct diagnostic procedures required to accurately diagnose and repair/recover this case.
If you have PC3000 you can ask Acelab tech support for assistance. Alternatively outsource to someone who can handle it.
