I would say yes.

HUTIL mod is good so HotSwap is also option.

did you try Auto-relocation of defects in SA?

There's an error in 1F (DISK) as it is UBA 0008 , not "preoccupant" .
The problem is at 354 where adaptives for user area are stored and in the P List.
Then..... you have PM
