Hitachi HDS721010CLA332 NVRAM needed

I need NVRAM read directly from SOP8 from PCB.
HDD: HDS721010CLA332 ROM
P/N: 0F10383
MLC: JPT3MA
FW:3MA
Sticker on PCB: DA72947 BA3321B MBo042 V255
Disk is after drop. It has broken head, I change head, disk start without strange noise, get DRD DSC, but no access to data. I want check/compare NVRAM.
Or if anyone have any idea what more can be done?

I got the same problem with 2 drives.
Dropped and heads changed, now spin up and come DRDY, but no ID
