hello guys, i really need u guys help for my harddisk,
i had 5 partition which are all ntfs,
one day, one of them(which is the most important, all my data, but not OS included inside),
i try to change the format from ntfs to fat32.
suddenly, all the data gone.

how to get it back?

note,
