please help me. my 1tb hitachi reduse in to 33mb. please....

i plugged my friends samsung 1tb in to my pc and transfer some data between those. after i remove the sumsung one. my 1tb show only 33mb in bios. my hard is 1 month old.
please help me guys. can i recover my data's ? and this is a gigabyte mobo. i used a msi one. after it broken, i temporary pluged in to my old gigabyte GA-8I945GZME-RH.
