good! I have these two hdd, ata password both have! I've tried everything and I can not remove it, is there any way?
I tried the command crt_f = f3, but not even identify the disk.
no way to communicate by hyperterminal?
I've taken the minutes of the first hdd password, but version 7200.11, this can not because it is version 7200.4, anyone know of any bug that has the same? unlock wizard does not work!
Help! pls!

Yes there is. Ask the nearest professional to do it for you being preapred to be asked for a proof that you are the legit owner of the disks or declaration of no responsibility.
Otherwise there are online services that do the job (paying).

Yes, I am the rightful owner.
but did not want to spend a lot to unlock, maybe it is cheaper to buy a new one!

Indeed, maybe it is cheaper. Sometimes it makes sense to unlock only if it contains useful data. In your case i think it would be cheaper to buy new drive. But you can always ask your local pro how much they'd charge.

AIUI, the password is stored on the vendor track, and both drives appear to use the same mechanical parts as 7200.10 models.
