Can i virtually start a disk with a firmware image on my computer?and how is this achieved?

With a virtual firmware starter? :mrgreen:

Assuming we are talking about drive's FW, the answer is - no, you can't do that

You need to understand how a drive works inside before you can fix it and it's a long and thorny road to go
There are data recovery services in the world to help you with a shortcut
