Data recovery problem, I reach files but no external Space

Data recovery problem, Can reach corrupted data but no external space.
Hi everyone..

My external USb Wd mybook box has 1 tb Seagate Sata 3 and i use original Wd disc as Windows 7 installed... in My PC Case as sata II

Today my old problem appears again as Corrupted disc...
I have Get Data Back NTFS (and i used before plenty of times for recovery, loss data or unwanted deletions) but..

This time im stuck.. Becouse the disk i try to recover includes 870 gb (about) used disk space (only audio files) only 50gb (about) empty space... Thats too big for me to recover to other disks.. i don't have enough spaces that my other disks can handle..

I have about 300 gb FREE disk space in several disks or partitions include My thinkpad SL510 Notebook..
---------
So my question is
wit keeping my lost data in corrupted disk first, can i take them slowly to this 300 gb spaces (i know i can) and after create somehow emty space (deleting those recovered 300 gb + 50 on corrupted disk) and
use that empty space for more recovery. ???? Or smilar solutions.. Becouse DISC PRICES IS HEAVY nowadays and really i'm out of budget with buying some
equipments upgrades..
----------
IS THERE ANY PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE SOLUTION even can take very long time..
Like creating slowly slowly some extra spaces (don't know how)

I know i look silly in situation becouse i know u should never write to same disc if you dont want to say goodbye to your files..

E-how happened (not necessary to read these part)

according my experiences Thats the mistakes... DOn't do those at the same time ..

After Letting my Share program (DC++) took big share space on that disk today 1-there were people downloading from my disk and don't know why i did that
2-i used heavly that disk to tag & rename my music,
3-Also let windows seven index
4-and also let my dc++ indexes (my share)
I did these things at the same time disks was working.. My Downloads were happening another disk but it didnt help.. there were no any problems, im just suspicious about some virus worked on this corruption but i don't have enough clue to say that.. Seems overload processes made this corruption. Also one more mistake i made even i know shouldnt that there was a single folder with about 450 gb value in my musics as jukebox folder.. Also don't do that

normally i allow for download and upload only single disk for example 180 gb..

Anyway somehow after restarting my OS, i suddenly see half of my data was gone from 1 TB disk, and stupidly unlike other times (while using get data back) i tried to write a little amount from lost data to free space (on same disc) then immediately i gave up) but this time disk become unstable... Completly corrupted after restart (my restart reasons are immediate quit for suspicious virus etc. with using removal batch files becouse i )

SO as classic sorry to take ur time and
PLEASE Help

As you say, you have also made several mistakes in the situation so far. :( Also some of your story is unclear to me, due to communication/translation problems. It is obvious that we will not fully understand each other. Therefore I will just give this comment:

It seems you have decided to attempt DIY recovery, with all the risks which that includes, some of which have already caused you to make mistakes and make data recovery more difficult and/or to lose more data. :( To minimise any further loss of data during your DIY attempts, I believe you must have enough empty disk space to hold both (a) a full raw clone of your disk in its current state, and (b) any data files recovered from that clone (e.g. via GDB, which you say you already have), before you do anything else (first step would be to make a full raw clone your existing disk). At this stage, it is unclear if all your problems are logical, or whether there are other problems (e.g. unreadable sectors) as well.

Your plan to try to avoid buying extra disk space, seems unnecessarily risky to me. Yes, disks are more expensive at the moment - buying new disk space for points (a) and (b) above, is the cost of your decision not to have backups. :(

Is your data valuable? Are you sure you want to take more risks by continuing with DIY recovery attempts? Due to the communication problems, I suggest you consider working with someone in your local country who has more experience in this area - or a DR company.

Yeah! It was definitely too risky and i didnt find ay resources to get some working clues on that method...
Thank you for advices.. by the way I don't think there would be big lost in translation. I know i was in shock and tried my best to calm down to act reasonable.. Sorry that if i couldnt express myself and complications about.

So... I did my best and take ''safe and slow'' road to drive. I also dont suggest anyone to take big risks due to impotance of personal data..

First i empty another external disc which has most private and personal data (500gb), send every data on desktop pc's and notebook's empty areas (-lots of partitions- and i don't wanna put those to friends computers..)

also I had to erase some dual boot areas too (even 30 gb area were important)
So finally with very slow disc speeds (29mbps of usb) i managed to take every movies etc (not from corrupted disc) and things can make that working 500 gb disc full... Then go to my friend use his laptops space (damn usb too slow), then went internet cafe which was next door to my friend.. and delivered all the rest and also i empty my laptops partitions as much as possible.. So 24 hour later i had enough space to start recovery..

Some (only little files were unreachable becouse i tried to overwrite and cancel as i told u on my first message) files was corrupted.. I finally saved my data from corrupted 1tb USB disc.. delivered them in samsung portable and everywhere i can..
Once i was sure i get everything properly, Then I Start fully format (not a quick one - may be not necessarly but also read about then decide to do that was..)

but when i see complication of fully format gonna cause more than 12 hours i canceled format at %20, took out the sata drive from USB box and kick in Desktop PC.. Directly start Again fully format but i took much quicker. At morning I had fully formatted working 1TB empty disc :)
So i started putting all recovered data back in :) and went sleep.. Now finally whole copying marathon finished and I have fully load 1tb working.. This time I create abc, def, ....etc xwyz...folders from my old ''jukebox'' folder That folder had 60.000 music in on about 500 gb data and the rest were in another folder.....

Gonna use list tree way for folders
abc
def
....
...
...
think it can be reason of file tree corruption ... MFT whatever they call..

Now im waiting for tomorrow. Can do some HDTUNE check for error or bad sector's but nearly im sure there's none.We will see later.. Tomorrow i will go to Take staff from my friends back to empty samsung disc.. May be i will have shower or watch some football to empty my mind...:)

Thanx for your time.. just wanted to share my experience'..
