We recently just brought in some Seagate ST9250610NS hard drives. They were sold to us as tested and working 100%

They arrived today and upon connection to Sata connection via USB adapter everyone of the drives simply continuosly beeps and do not spin?

Any ideas? There are quite a few of these to have the same exact scenario?

Sounds like either stiction or siezed spindle motor either way not a DIY fix as the drives will need to opened in a cleanroom.
Best bet is to speak to the seller? Was it off ebay? Could contact PayPal as goods were not as discribed.

Check your USB adaptor, we have some adapters that do this on some Seagate laptop drives and it's down to them not supplying enough power. That is why seem USB adapters come with a dual headed cable.

Try connecting straight to the SATA connection in a regular PC and see what happens.
