ST5000DM000 Firmware sign locked - needs recovery

Can anyone help or point me to someone capable of recovering this drive with crucial data? A company that has successfully recovered a bad head failure for me before and worked on the drive. To begin the drive was dropped 2 ft onto a thin carpet while plugged in but not writing data. Analysis from recovery company in my translation below:

The first donor failed after swapping but became ready on the second donor. After imaging 6gb, the drive could not read anymore so they suspected platter damage + after viewing small particles on the heads under microscope.

They recommended asking someone who is capable of controlling the heads on these and access the data as ACE Lab tools doesn't currently support Crawford drives. ACE Lab has tried assisting remotely with no luck. If anyone could help with this I would greatly appreciate it
