Why do you think you can repair your HDD after buying another one?

If all you want to do is to buy a drive, then it would be more appropriate for you to post in the "Hard Drive Market" section.

If you want advice about your problem, then you need to explain (as a starting point) the current symptoms, and the series of events leading up to the current situation (i.e. the history).

You should also read this link, especially if the data on your disk is important / valuable:

@Vulcan - Thanks for your reply.

Last year when my parents were relocating, actual problem with the hard disk got started. My PC was unable to detect the harddisk and so we took it to the repairing professional and he took it for a week time. He did all types of R & D on my PCB, changed some parts in the PCB said he could not recover because he could not find the exact clone of the hard disk. In the mean time, he changed couple of parts in the PCB. He suggested that if we could find the exact clone of the hard disk, he could replace the PCB if not he said he has to change the firmware.

When I said that the data in the hard disk is very important for me, he said he would charge me 1000 bugs. So, I am looking for a clone of my hard disk. Could you please provide any suggestions for this problem.

Regards
Ragz

As I said before, if all you want is the PCB then post in the Hard Drive Market section (and search the forum for PCB vendors). I am not sure that you are dealing with a data recovery specialist, as they would probably be able to find a replacement PCB better than you can find one. Are you confident in your choice of repairer? Are they really a data recovery specialist (especially since you say the data is important to you)?

Also there are other possible causes for a hard disk not to be "detected", not only a faulty PCB. Unfortunately, your comment about it not being detected is ambiguous - do you mean it was not detected by the BIOS? Or Windows disk management? Or Windows (My) Computer? Or somewhere else? At the start of the problem, before you took the disk to the repairer, did the disk spin when power was applied? If so, did it then stay spinning? Did it make any unusual clicking sounds?
