Hi all,

Could someone please assist with highlighting fuse/s on this PCB that can be tested before swapping over PCB and ROM, original PCB seems dead.

Thanks

Nick .
Have you tested that resistor above the two horizontal resistances you have in this pcb .I seem to sense its burned  .Might be it has not but increased the resistance

That appears to be a fuse, not a resistor, probably 2A or 4A. If so, then its resistance would be either 0 ohms, or it may have increased to infinity.

@Nick_CT, as a general rule, the very first place to look for a fuse would be the +5V input. That's pins 7, 8, and 9 of the SATA power connector.

I would also check for a short circuit between the load side of each zero-ohm resistor and ground. Then measure the resistance between each coil and ground. The coils are the landmarks for the onboard supplies.
