SAMSUNG HM500JI terminal log question

Hello,
I've a bad Samsung drive HM500JI which produces that terminal log (partial log).

Do you believe that the CACH_ER means that the RAM cache chip is faulty ?

I've changed the cache ram chip and still have the same error. :mrgreen:
