Does it spin up? If it spins up then there's a very good chance it is NOT the PCB that is the problem.

@MSUNISH671,

What is the Seagate model number of the drive?

Does the drive spin-up when power is applied?

What happened between when the drive was last working OK, and the start of this problem?

Do you hear clicking or any other unusual sounds, when power is applied to the drive?

Are there any strange smells, when power is applied to the drive?

Are you trying to recover data from the drive (if so, how important is the data?) or do you just want to repair the drive but the data is not important?

If you supply full & clear answers to these questions, then you may get further suggestions to help you to make progress. Without your answers, it is not clear whether a PCB replacement would have much chance of helping you.

If you don't want to answer those questions and just want to buy a replacement PCB without any further discussion, then you need to repost your request for the PCB in the "Hard Drive Market" section.
