Patient: ST3250310AS FW: 4.ADA / .05Z ver: S-1N

To spare the details, the trouble I am having is that I cannot find ANY of these 4.ADA drives that will start with loader. At first I thought it was a problem with the patient. But now, I have tried 4 GOOD , donor drives, and they all give the same result (see below):

Any thoughts or ideas on this peculiarity of this firmware version would be greatly appreciated. (note: Tried varying baud rates, and nearly all options in utility, only 1 modification, all mods except heads, etc. and have been exhausted to no avail...only thing I've not tried yet is HDD BUSY and INIT options...)

It is puzzling as to why the donor drives which have no issues at all, cannot start with their own loader!

So far, I have tested on 4 donors, and all give the exact result. Any ideas welcomed and appreciated. Also worth noting is that procedure works perfectly on ALL other firmware versions of this model that I have tested!!!
