Seagate Momentus 500 GB 5400.6-os 2.5" ST9500325AS locked

Hello guys!

First, sorry for my bad english.
I got a sm winchester and i got ATA PASSWORD LOCK and i can't unlock it, how to unlock this password? i tried a lot of software and ideas but i can't unlock that:(
I found this in another forum:

"I have a Seagate hdd with ata password lock.
The master password revision code is FFFEh.
I try with SeDiv but momentus 5400.6 is not supported."

i tried to find the password but i failed.
Please help me , or please someone send me the firmwire files, because i can't find it on the internet.
