I have an hitachi 1tb 2.0 usb port. My computer is not able to read it. It was sitting on the floor and it fell on my foot while it was transferring information. The next thing I know it was making a beeping noise. I shut down the computer to disconnect and now it is not able to read. Also I hear a little clicking in the background. I know it can be recovered I would like to told who can I talk to or what can I do to fixed the problem. The information is vital.
