LVM on Openfiler

we have storage where runs openfiler.
under ubuntu we try to mount the lvm, but the partition types are not recognized.
see attachment. what can be problem ?

multipath-tools is installed?

$ sudo apt-get install multipath-tools

now installed, doesnt helped.
