My 4 GB pen drive was unable to be formatted normally....so I tried HDD low level format....but while formatting numerous error message are being displayed as:
8/12/2012 3:33:26 PM Format Error occurred at offset 181,469,184: 1117 - Device I/O error
8/12/2012 3:33:28 PM Format Error occurred at offset 181,534,720: 1117 - Device I/O error
and it programme is running...
Its already about two hours and only 5% is completed.
Does this make my pen drive workable??I am running the programme with this hope..
Please help.

No. Based on the symptoms you report, then the LLF tool will not fix your drive, IMHO.
