I have acer 5745 laptop.Firstly I was unable to boot from windows and also from ubuntu.
Then I diagnosed my hard disk with http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=701&sid=30&lang=en this tool and also with http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_sentinel_dos.php.
The report is attached. Please help me removing this error!

It is not clear exactly what you mean by "removing this error". Do you mean the SMART error reported by HDSentinel? If so, then you don't "remove" that error. The SMART data suggests your hard disk is starting to fail. Replace that hard disk, as you will not be able to repair it yourself.

If you are asking how to recover your data from that disk drive, because you don't have a backup, then that subject has been covered here many, many times - including the risks of DIY and, if you accept those risks to your data, there are many previous discussions about options for cloning software and procedures (there are many choices depending on your skills with different OS, your budget, your expectations of support etc. etc - there is no single answer that is optimal for everyone).

P.S. That SMART data suggests that the drive may have received some shock(s) while it was spinning. It is safest for the hard disk not to move a laptop while it is switched-on.

Hello,

Health at 0% = Replace hard disk immediately (even HDD Sentinel says so)

If the laptop is still under warranty, then take it to the people who sold it to you and explain your situation.

If not, buy another hard drive and save whatever it is you have on you current drive to the new drive
