I have the following problem with my external hard drive. It is a model
'My Passport Essential SE 750 GB USB 2.0/3.0'.

WDBACX7500ABK-00Always it has worked correctly, but from yestardaya when I connect it to a PC or Laptop pops a message "WD BAD PCB USB Device" and "WD Ses USB Device", then request install the driver, but it doesn't recognition the Driver.
When I go to Windows Storage Disk Management, the device doesn't appear.I have used the
Victoria Software and the Device been showed and the follow information:

this message for sure (80-90% of cases), if you try Victoria, it will read capacity as 2TB (correct?)
