hang and then a message appear, said something like I/O error, press Esc or restart.

2. Press Esc, the problem persist, continue with restart, it goes pass the BIOS screen then black, nothing happened, only a cursor at the top left corner of

the screen.

3. Try to boot the computer using another HDD, while the Problem HDD being set to secondary, still can access the data, and only manage to take 1/10 of the

data, because running out of empty storage.

4. The next day, after got more empty storage, continue trying to recover the rest of the data, after login, the Problem HDD still accessible, and the file

can still be seen, and the several minutes later, it say HDD not recognize. and the drives gone from the list.

5. Restart the computer, Bios still detected the drive, still, it write something like ST31000528AS CC38, SMART Capabilities AND Status BAD, and Drive

Error, and stop in there, won't go to OS.

6. Go to BIOS and disabled SMART at the Problem HDD port, this time manage to enter the OS.

7. Login and proceed trying to recover the rest of the data, computer still detected the HDD and the files, after several minutes it say device not detected,

and the whole drive gone from the list.

8. Restart, and it happened again, detected for several minutes, and gone...

Please help me, anybody knows where and/or what is the problem ? What should I do to recover my data ?

Thank you very much for the help.

Looks like you have bad sectors and/or a weak head on that drive.
You should try to image the drive, or a better way is to contact your local DR company...should not be to high cost at this stage

Agree, this kind of behaviour is typical for weak head(s).

Its a .12 seagate. There are a lot of possible faults. SA , heads , bad sectors. Most of the time DIY wont work. A suggestion to image the drive given by Mr Spokk is valid. Try using HDDCLONE. If it wont work - DR service is the only option.
