Your drive has many bad sectors. IMHO it shouldn't be trusted. I would backup your data and replace the drive.

Strangely, the Raw Read Error Rate is excellent at this very moment (117), but was very bad at one time (79). AIUI, a value of 120 represents a perfect score for this attribute.
