I am facing problem with my WD 2.0TB drive, the drive running without any noise or error at the BIOS level, The BIOS showing 0GB capacity, after several investigations I realized that drive firmware might be corrupted, seeking your help and advice to fix this issue.

I doubt that there is much you can do, but see this thread:

I'm not a data recovery professional, but ISTM that you could try to read the firmware MODs. That may or may not give a clue as to what is wrong.

Without proper tools, nothing you can do...
If data not important, send it to warranty.

Thanks guys for the advice

Yes i do have important data on it.

the main issue here is that we don't have recovery professional in our local market so what can I do ?

I found a tool from AFF laboratory called Repair Station

http://www.hdd-tools.com/products/rrs/download/

which can update/fix firmware issues online by paying for the fix, any idea if this tool are suitable ?

A-FF Repair Station makes some mighty claims but I haven't yet seen anyone report that it has worked for them. :-(
