RAID 1+0 Failed HDD another with bad sectors on the same sid

Hello Everyone

After what people think my chances are of getting everything going again.

Server with RAID 1+0
Server stalled. Restarted
Raid rebuilding disk 4, at about 95% it fails.
So i replace disk 4, rebuilds again and again at 95% rebuild fails.
Tried to get a backup gets to about 95% complete and backup fails.
Failing because the raid card detects a stall and resets it's self

Test disk 3 with HDD Sentinal comes back at 2% health. But i didn't look to see why, kicking my self.

Using EAseus Disk Clone to to sector by sector clone of disk 3.
At 81% through found the read errors.

So far at 191.75Gb copied to other HDD, 41.23Gb left and 85 read errors.

Given that the server was still working with the 2% health HDD, what do you think my chances are of the server working with the cloned drive if the clone completes ?

Thanks in-advance for any feed back.
