 Post subject: haed disk failure . data recovery problem

hello,

i have an usual problem but its new t me. my hard disk failed to initiate. wen i switch on my laptop its not booting in to os. and it show hard disk failed to initiate and not detected.
what shall i do now. how to recover my data ?? how to repair my hard disk ? btw the hard disk also gave some crashing sound wen it was booting in to OS. plese give me a suggestions. am a new user . thank you!!

What he said. But take it to a data recovery SPECIALIST. Don't bother wasting your time with a PC technician. Seen that a billion times, and it never ends well.
