If i untick "by ID" i get error on head 0 and also head 1

Yes, 2nd copy is head one.
If head 0 is damaged you will get SA access on head 1 (SA copy)

Please TEST IT with your good drives.
If you read modules and the copy number is 01 instead of 02 then on this drive, for some reason SA is been read from copy 2

BY ID means By LBA.
W/O road map will read from ID01 dir map.

It's normal then. You should check at least one option on that pannel. Either you tick BY Id or you tick w/o road map.

You can allways test on a known good drive and compare the differences. This is a good way to learn how the software works.

In the module window i see only "02" under copy, also with the good drive

i can't access to copy 01 even in the good drive, because it always show me only 02
could be a software bug or i'm doing something wrong?

It's normal then.
The problem is not what i stated then.
That copy 02 means other thing and not the head that is reading SA.
Disregard my posts saying that head 0 is bad and SA is been read from copy 2 on head 1

Yes, if i turn off head 0 and head 1 is good.

I think that the bad head was the head 1, right ?

I really don't know, head test it's alway good, only once time i had bad report on head 1

P.S.
I just did again head test, again head 1 "bad" reported after i tried 10 times.
Then again all good head

Not an option, too expensive (i need to get only some pics, which are not so important to spend hundred $)
Most of the pictures (about 80% I have recovered from my girlfriend's pc)
