Hello, i have a Seagate ST2000DL001 F/W:cc97. When it starts it makes 2 clicks, after 10 more and then spins down.

Atola Insight, shows the drive with wrong results, from Model No.: ST_M13FQBL , to F/W:12211727 to capacity: 4GB

I try to get access with the terminal and i can't.
any suggestions?

i just got a donor drive and swap heads. the drive now is clicking twice and then it keeps spinning normally. At DDI after its recognised, when i try to image i get UNC and 0 capacity. Any ideas?

Did you examine the original heads under a microscope to check for damage?
