 Post subject: Hitachi CLA Series HDD

Till date no support by PC3k or SD when it is FW problem with CLA & later series of Hitachi.

Are you returning the drives to client back or is there any utility exist at all that can handle SA for these series successfully.

CLA is supported on PC3K UDMA. Shockingly, SD doesn't support it and has not updated the Hitachi DR since 2011. Maybe you need a different Oracle...

I would give HRT a miss. I do like the GUI but their support sucks.
