If you've already tried that and had a problem, please explain the symptom(s) in detail when you did that, including screenshots of any error message(s).
If you supply the current, full SMART data (including raw values) for your "problem" drive, that will help other readers to better understand what you are dealing with - alternatives to the LLF Tool may also be possible. Of course it may be that your drive is deteriorating towards failure (and the "circular file") anyway, but without more info then I can't give an opinion either way.
