Hi,

Working with the drive, the drive is Full of RED/GREEN blocks. Usually in WD we do SMART reset & this works fine. But this is same after resetting SMART.

Any advice will be appreciated.

If you get delays only / "some" bads it is a typical case where DDI and maybe DE of PC3000 can help.

OR heads are worn out.

OR the drive was kicked HARD.

Or both.

(I wonder if SA can be completely read and how).

yes, SA can be accessed normally, all the modules are fine except DUMP in SA-A

no clicking, no abnormal sound, smooth power. no UNC, only GREEN/RED Blocks. that's why very slow..
