PCB replacement & No Device

The HDD is found the Dead PCB.

Replaced with Donor & ROM.
It makes some slashing sound, tries to spin but no spin, same symptom without HSA contact. Device comes to READY. after load from HDD, brings No DEVICE error.

Is then ROM is also corrupt?

Same scene with the DONOR PCB with DONOR ROM.

Patient PCB is dead that's 100% confirm. The same scenario I faced earlier with a ROYL HDD.

May be the DONOR PCB have something wrong or the problem is also includes elsewhere!

Donor PCB Work With Donor Then Its Ok Try Hotswap If Its Get Ready And Give U SA Access Then Get All Rom Modules To Regenerat New ROM.
