hello
i have an encrypted hdd
it is seagate momentus 5400.6

my friend has encoded hdd with bios but then he has forgotten.

it is not important what is inside of the disk

we want to format the disk

If the data is not important, can't you just wipe the partition table and start from scratch with a new table and format~?

ATA lock prevents any access to surface.

Needs to be cleared with specific hardware
