I have an Samsung 250GB HDD, model; HD253GJ (7200rpm/16M) sn: S24JJ9DZ600262.
From today the hard is not working. No sound, no spin, absolutely nothing. Completely dead.
The PCB looks ok, no burn or fire signs there.
My question is if the problems most come from diodes even they look ok. also please tell me, with this model what are my chances to make this hdd functionally replacing the PCB with another from same HDD model.

Have you measured them properly?

In electronics components can be short or burn without necessarily show signs of burning.
If drive does any sounds very likely pcb is faulty, you should check it with multimiter.
Check TVS diodes, or try a donor pcb and see if spindle spins.
