What should I do with Firmware Repair Tools before triyng the pcb swap on a faulty drive:

Clear G-List on the working pcb or what other ?

Hi,

I think you should be reading firstly a bit about the difference between PCB and FW (SA), because this are 2 different things.
What do you need to do?

Ok, I'll try to explain:

does the firmware chip on pcb contains some bad sector data (or other information) that should be cleared via software before swapping the pcb?

There are other details to be concerned with when swapping PCBs, but to answer the question: no.

You don't need to clear any data on the ROM chip...
The G-list is on the platter inside the drive...@ the SA (Service Area)
What is the problem with the drive? Clicks, not visible, stone dead?
