How can I use ATTO HBA adapters in PIO mode? any suggestion?

You should be able to disable DMA mode in the Windows registry. I don't know if that works for all HBAs, or if it will give the desired result. That said, I don't know if a PIO option is available for SATA devices, or even if it makes sense, unless the SATA controller is configured for IDE emulation.
