I have ST3500413AS......FW JC45......P/N 9YP142-303
Hdd shows busy only and in terminal it display...

Rst 0x10M
RW: Disc Ctlr Initialization Completed.
No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 2002A1A5

I tried to clear smart & translator regenerator....
Data is important, So any help will be appreciated.....

Hmmm "tried to clear smart & translator regenerator...." dont try this ( if you dont know what problem ) 'coz your HDD will gone forever. You can try to load CERT 1st.

Does the drive spin down on its own after power on?

Maybe be some fw damage, maybe a weak head. Tested heads?

Read This Error Carefully "No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 2002A1A5"

Its Common Problem Of This Drive I Have Solve Many Case Of This Type Of Drives.
Its Common Problem In KC43 And KC45 I Have Solve More Then 30 Case.

Bcoz If I Tell Here Admin Ban Me Or Block Me In This Forum.
I Dont Know Why Admin Sir Doing This If I Want To Help Someone When I Am 100% Sure My Solution Works And Data Is Not Damaged.
Its Ok I Dont Share Any Of My Success Or Case Studies Here.
I Just Help With Messenger And If Need I Will Spend My Free Time To Come To Your Teamviewer And Solve Your Problem Without Any Fees.
I Am Also Proffesional Data Recovery Expert And I Dont Say I Am 100% Acurate And I Am Genius Or Something Like Other.
I Am Not Complet And No One Is Complet In This Word All DR Expert Damages Many Hard Drive When They Attempt Head Swap And All Critical Data Recovery Job.

Which command did you use to regenerate the translator?

Was it "m0,6,3,,,,,22" or "m0,2,2,0,0,0,0,22" ?

Did you clear the G-list as well?

Did you try any softwares? Try connecting it as an external hard drive. Do you have jumpers on your hard drive?

First I Say I Realy Like You And Your Work I Like To Be Your Good Friend. Your Always Help To All People Here And Many Forum I Ready Your Many Post On Seagate Forum Your Work Is Great Keep It Up Brother.

Brother I Dont Use Traslator Directly Without Knowing The Error And symptoms And I Give You The Hind Dont Use Any Traslator Command If You Are Not Sure What Is The Problem Bcoz If The Problem Is Not Traslator And You Apply Translator Commands And We Fix That Drive That Time Drive Is Going To Partial Sector Access Problem In Pc3000 Use Says It Broken Traslator.
So If You Want To Know How To Solve This F3 Drives Problem I Need To Show You 3 symptoms And 4 Method So Then You Can Understand Wich Time We Need To Apply Translator Command And Wich Time And Problem We Use Other Solution.
Almost You Apply My Solution Drive Work Like Nothing Happend And In The 2 symptoms I Dont Use Any Of Traslator Commands.

this error (No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 2002A1A5) occur due to two reason .
1. due to software corruption .
2. due to head stuck and clicking
solution if software problem
when u get F3T> enter m0,2,2,,,,,22
then clear smart then power reset .
error goes
