can i use different capacity pcb on my WD 1 TB hdd with bios swap?
please help.... i have WD500gb hdd in working condition.

In some cases yes, in other no.
If you can provide a lot more details about the failed drive and the donor you are trying to use, then maybe you can get more assistance.
Drive MDL, PCB codes, pics of the PCBs, etc.
