hi,

is it possible that there is power problem to drive the motor so, finally it stop spinning?

There are few things that could make an HDD not spin. It really depends on what is going on. So here is a hint:
An HDD is a device made of several components that are orchestrated to work together to make a drive spin. "Together" testing can throw one off.

The motor is likely not the problem.
